Description

Working in close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity for a Business Administrator to join this Cambridge based business, on a part-time basis.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a fast-paced, dynamic administrative role with lots of variety.

Being well organised and having excellent attention to detail are important, with duties including:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Providing business administrative support
  • HR administration
  • Health & Safety including taking minutes and administration
  • Training administration
  • IT/Cyber security support
  • Facilities management
  • Order management including generating purchase orders and tracking orders
  • Supporting with customer visits and presentations
  • Project support adhoc
Awareness of confidentiality required within a HR support role is key, along with being proactive and efficient.


Location:

Cambridge/Remote (Hybrid working)


Hours:

20 hours per week - with great flexibility on when the hours are worked


Salary:

£25,000-£30,000 per annum (FTE)


Duration:


12-month Fixed Term Contract
