Hospitality Assistant needed in Bishop Auckland £9.79 ph ref 812173

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

To deal efficiently and effectively with visitors and ensure that their needs are met.
Undertake the sale of food as required, which involves cash handling.
To have a full and complete understanding of the centre, and all its events and activities
To promote the Centre range of services, which are available within the complex to customers.

To deal promptly, efficiently and effectively with any customer complaints
