Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a Law Firm based in Birmingham City Centre.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the fee earners with administration
- Filling, scanning and printing
- Inputting data and information accurately
- Producing and organising documents
- Assisting with incoming and out going post
- Covering reception when required
- Ideally office experience within a similar environment
- Enthusiastic and eager to help
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
