Experience in drafting recommendations for improvement in coding quality and producing formal audit reports for presentation to the senior managers and clinicians.
Good working knowledge of commissioning requirements in NHS including NTPS and HRGs.
Excellent time management skills -ability to work accurately and productively under pressure to meet deadlines and to produce audit reports at short notice.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
