SER are currently working with a tuition company who are looking to recruit French Tutors to work on a supply basis with visiting pupils from France, aged between 16 and 18.

They are looking for qualified EAL teachers to lead sessions to children that alreadyhave a moderate grasp of English.

On this basis, they want to practise oral communication exercises, as opposed to a hefty amount of written work (role play etc).

Age ranges of pupils - 16 to 18 years:

£25pr hr (+ 1 additional hr for admin):

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Additional hour of remuneration, each week, to account for time spent feeding back and communicating with your cohort's parents, plus any marking duties (mínimal at Seniorlevel)
Written feedback is compiled within 24 hours of the class. Parents and Carers are bcc'd in.
Traditional philosophy of teaching. Charismatic teacherled instruction. Whiteboards and emphasis on the rapport and engagement built with one's pupil and parent cohort.
Seniorlevel teachers are, expected to lead and devise their own learning materials for each of their classes.

If you have been a UK resident for less than 5 years, a right to work visa must be provided and a criminal background check certificate must be provided for any country resided in for 6 months or more within the past 5 years.
