Retail and Warranty Administrator.

Our client is the largest privately owned Renault Truck dealership in the UK with 7 depots spanning the East of England supplying the full range of New Renault and Isuzu trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers and vans.

We are looking for a talented Retail and Warranty Administrator who can offer.

Proven experience in the Motor Trade within a similar role
Ability to check claims submitted by the site, progress and submit claims.
Able to ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer's requirements and criteria for warranty claims.
Work closely with accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments and can deal with any rejected warranty claims.
Possess excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Offer flexibility in their approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed.

What we can offer:

Base salary starting from 2830k dependent on experience and knowledge of the outlined area.
