Due to sustained success and growth within Trinity Create, we are now expanding and are looking for a
PPC Specialist to join the team based at our head office in Crewe.


As a
PPC Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of paid media briefs for multiple clients and internal Group Brands.

You will be delivering organic and paid social campaigns for a range of Internal, B2B and B2C clients across several industries.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Be the point of Paid media expertise within the company with an understanding of the principles of marketing and paid Adverts.
  • Evaluating and determining the best strategy for our paid marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting results back to our clients, as well as analysing ongoing campaigns and reporting these results as appropriate.
  • Planning, optimising, implementing, and managing paid campaigns across various platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Plan both shortterm and longterm campaign strategies tailored to the clients' requests and your own expertise.
  • Review and advise on client proposals regarding campaign management and strategy.
  • Work alongside the Trinity team to craft effective and optimised landing pages for maximum ROI and conversion results.
  • Analysis of social media channels to Identify, research and understand target audiences for various brands.
  • Identify content categories and pillars that will resonate with the target audience to increase brand exposure and conversions.
  • Ability to research and recommend paid media tools to streamline the execution of the marketing process.

About You:


  • Come from a creative agency background or an inhouse brand/creative environment
  • A proven track record in delivering successful ad campaigns across the major platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook ads and the best practices involved for lead generation.
  • Good communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work cohesively with our marketing and development teams.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and emerging trends.
  • Be process driven with great attention to detail.
  • Be able to plan, organise and execute weekly and monthly schedules
