We are actively looking for a skilled MEP BIM Coordinator who is looking to further develop their career for the long term.


As the successful
MEP BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the BIM model development, liaising with external BIM house in production of this, then running BIM Coordination meetings, incorporating CDP (contractors design portion), interfacing subcontractor design with consultant design..

Also heading up Take-off, reality capture, and field technology.

_NB. Due to the nature of this project, we require individuals to hold full work rights for the UK, coupled with being eligible for Security Clearance, as this is a UK Defence Site._

What you'll be doing Key Accountabilities**:

  • To support the Digital Delivery Manager in delivery of the Project Information Model for a large defence project in the southern region of our business
  • Supporting the Digital team in the delivery of graphical, nongraphical and documentary information as required by the project
  • Supporting the Digital team to educate people, implement progress and use technology during the construction phase, and developing the Project Information Model into an Asset Information Model for project completion

Who we're looking for Key Skillset Required**:

  • Prior experience working as part of a site team, a busy site environment, multi-disciplinary (digital, design, production, commercial, planning)
  • Solid and proven
    Revit MEP experience, experience in the coordination of
    ALL MEP multidiscipline services:
  • Experience with managing model coordination, clash resolution
  • BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of Digital Implementation / Utilisation on a project
  • Ability to mentor all variations of Digital Technicians and Digital Engineers
  • Good understanding of the latest industry guidelines for Digital project delivery such as BS and PAS
  • Technician Membership achieved. Approaching next level of Professional Membership
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with an ability to form and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders including the project team, supply chain partners, and client representatives
  • Experience of working collaboratively in either a consultant or contractor environment
  • Proficiency in IT and numeracy
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering a highquality product to tight deadlines
  • Security Clearance will be required to work on the project
