Our client, based in Bolton
, is currently recruiting for a HR Officer on a temporarycontract for three months.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and in the first instance will be office based.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to business managers and colleagues
  • Leading onboarding process for new starters and preemployment checks
  • Assisting with restructure reviews and providing HR related advice and guidance
  • Managing employee relations caseload including sickness, disciplinary and grievances, providing advice and guidance to managers as necessary
  • Produce and analyse management information relating to staff turnovers and sickness absence
  • Develop sustainable, effective relationships with employees of all levels and Trade Union representatives

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • CIPD L5 qualified
  • Trade Union experince
  • Endtoend ER casework

Working hours:


  • 37 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
