Call Centre Operative
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a market leading private courier company. Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Call Centre Operative to join their growing team.

Based in Park Royal you will be working in a team under the supervision of the Operations Manager


The Role:

As a Call Centre Operative you will be required to do the following.

  • Corresponding with third party suppliers/ other depots to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Dealing with customer issues
  • Proficiency in the Navigator booking system (training can be given)
  • Good decisionmaking skills/forward thinking and be able to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Working as a strong team player
  • Chasing Proof of deliveries for UK and International shipments with third parties and dealing with queries

Hours and Salary

  • Monday
  • Friday.
  • 18:00 pm 02:00 am
  • Starting pay of £24,000
  • Company holiday, pension etc.

Essential Experience

  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Must have industry experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Accurate, with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Punctual and reliable
