Description

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering, is seeking an exceptional Head of Corporate PMO to lead the Corporate PMO department and be responsible for designing the framework within which projects are created, managed and completed.

The Opportunity

What you will do

Own and maintain the project delivery methodology and toolkit for the organisation.
Encourage company wide adoption and adherence by promoting its use as well as deliver training to colleagues, potentially alongside external training provision.
Build a team of project managers who lead complex projects and strategic initiatives, utilising your knowledge of the business to drive highimpact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance.
Coordinate business planning across the organisation to define the operating rhythm to ensure stakeholders have transparency into their priorities and shared resources are effectively deployed.
Direct corporate governance and oversee its delivery within the organisation working closely with other members of the Strategy team
Provide and maintain a RAID process to be utilised by the business
Deliver standards for planning and oversight of delivery of a business planning tool

Who you are

Expert knowledge of organisational strategies and needs
Analytical mindset used to determine relevant KPIs in service of company objectives
A deep understanding of PMO and related PPM processes and industry best practice including the entire business life cycle
Expert knowledge of the creation of frameworks, user guides, processes and systems optimised to efficiently reach organisational goals
Proficient at storyboarding, writing executive summaries and summary status overviews
Advanced level Microsoft Office; extensive experience of project management methodologies including PRINCE 2 and Agile
