Description
Tradewind recruitment are working in partnership with a special school located in Coulsdon, Surrey to recruit a teaching assistant.

The special school is a primary age group from EYFS to KS2 and is a provision for children with mild or moderate and multiplelearning difficulties; many of the children also have profiles within the autistic spectrum.

Classes are organised by age, need and learning style basis.

  • Be a reflective and responsive teaching assistant who is committed to working with children, their families, and the community
  • Be able to work in partnership with professionals from education, health, and care to ensure high quality provision for these children
  • Be committed to supporting areas of the curriculum development and school approaches, undertaking training as appropriate
  • Be always confident in the support of young children's welfare, with medical intervention required


Tradewind recruitment is committed to safeguarding children and the successful applicant will need a fully enhanced, child DBS, proof of right to work and two suitable references.
