Job Role

Maximizing business opportunities from every client interaction in terms of creating market appraisals, instructions, viewings, lettings referrals
Sourcing new Instructions for Sales and Lettings
Accurate paperwork
Working to targets

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who can work within a very dynamic fast-paced office and have a positive approach to all tasks.

This role has performance-based targets and you must enjoy hitting the phones to generate appointments for viewings and valuations.

You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and have a rapid ability to establish relationships; you must be pro-active and revel in working both autonomously and also as part of a team.

All applicants must hold a full clean driving license and be of excellent appearance.

Salary:
£16,000.00 /year + Commission
