As Workplace Assessment Support, you will provide support and co-ordination between colleagues, CRES, HR WA team and suppliers for all workplace assessment cases and WFH furniture purchases.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Provide key link between the client team, HR WA team and the workplace assessment suppliers to ensure that all installations are issued processed in a timely manner
- Answer all queries on behalf of CRES in relation to workplace adjustment purchases and installations
- Manage the WFH Chairs process globally, ensure all orders are downloaded and forwarded to relevant suppliers. Manage inbox and respond to queries
- Manage all chair return requests
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Workplace Assessment HR team and GTIS
- Ensure that the MAC team for each region are aware of any related works that will need to be undertaken
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure customer receives updates
- Ensure that all costs are tracked and reported to client
- Ensure all approvals are in place before order is issued to suppliers
- Liaising with Project Managers and vendors
- Maintaining and storing all compliance and completion certificates for works
- Provide import to weekend works schedules when required
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Ideally the job holder should be experienced in administration support
- Awareness of project finances
- Excellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Mircosoft packages
- Working knowledge of Service Now beneficial
- Demonstrate experience in managing financial tracking and operations
- Demonstrate experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality cost documents to customers
- Demonstrate experience of managing and coordinating project works
