Sales Negotiator - Ingleby Barwick - Up to £22,000


New Sales Negotiator role to join a well-established and forward-thinking Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and their outstanding customer service.


They are a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Tees Valley with 5 offices in total.


You'll play a critical part to the sales process and be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients.


What you'll be doing

  • Arrange and communicate viewings with clients
  • Liaise directly with vendors and buyers
  • Qualify all potential buyers
  • Keep uptodate knowledge of the local property market
  • Mediate with potential buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
  • Generate new business through being proactive and driven to succeed

What you will have

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • An established track record within estate agency
  • Confident with face to face/telephone negotiations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
