Description
The role of the Finance Assistant is fundamentally responsible for processing timesheets and payroll.The responsibilities of the role are:
- Liaison with field engineers, receiving and chasing missing weekly timesheets across all departments.
- Calculation of hours work on weekly timesheets, ensuring the Project Manager has signed them off.
- Inputting timesheet calculations to Timesheet Monitor
- Checking and preparing Timesheet Monitor for payroll processing.
- Managing the payroll and timesheet inbox and being the first point of contact for all payroll related queries.
- Preparing payroll data and preparing reports for payroll reconciliation sheets.
- Inputting payroll data onto system.
- Balancing payroll reconciliation sheets with payment summary
- Liaising with the Head of Finance for approval to submit to bank.
- General financial administration duties.
They should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

£24,000.00 per year
