Description
The role of the Finance Assistant is fundamentally responsible for processing timesheets and payroll.


The responsibilities of the role are:

  • Liaison with field engineers, receiving and chasing missing weekly timesheets across all departments.
  • Calculation of hours work on weekly timesheets, ensuring the Project Manager has signed them off.
  • Inputting timesheet calculations to Timesheet Monitor
  • Checking and preparing Timesheet Monitor for payroll processing.
  • Managing the payroll and timesheet inbox and being the first point of contact for all payroll related queries.
  • Preparing payroll data and preparing reports for payroll reconciliation sheets.
  • Inputting payroll data onto system.
  • Balancing payroll reconciliation sheets with payment summary
  • Liaising with the Head of Finance for approval to submit to bank.
  • General financial administration duties.
They should also have strong administration and numerical skills.

They should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
