A role you will love

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide advice and guidance on policy and process across the onboarding processes.
  • Review screening exceptions and resolve any escalated cases, keeping Talent Acquisition updated at all times.
  • Build relationships across the people team, and wider business.
  • Support the Onboarding Manager, acting as their deputy.


This role will be Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days based in our Bristol offices.


What will you bring to the role?
Ideally, you'll be an experienced administrator who has good working knowledge of internal HR practises. Highly competent in demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to forward plan, balance priorities and co-ordinate multiple tasks, are key to the role, and you will work with consistency, integrity, accountability, and professionalism always.


Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Experience at working in a high-volume, fast paced administrative role.
  • Ability to identify risks and mitigate by implementing effective controls.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality
  • Ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the business and build working relationships.
  • Experience at reprioritising workload and multitasking
