Are you enthusiastic, motivated, able to multitask and solve problems? If so, we have a great opportunity within our Divisional Scheduling team as an Out of Hours SchedulerWe have two part time positions available, one on a 12-month fixed term contract and one permanent position.
The role
You will be responsible for scheduling work for our operational staff across the business, maximising efficient use of their time and resources by organising tasks to obtain the best work and travel efficiency to reduce overtime, mileage and fuel costs within the required service level agreements (SLA's).
Working in our Control room, you will participate in a shift rota, including standby duties, maintain accurate up to date information about changes within the business and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Working pattern:
Week - Monday - Friday
Week - Saturday/ Sunday or
Week - Standby
You will manage contacts throughout the journey of customer incidents ensuring customers are kept informed on progress and provide effective scheduling of reactive customer incidents to field staff.
You will also be required to help manage call volumes by handling a variety of household and non-household operational enquiries.
What do I need?
We are looking for a positive team player, who has outstanding customer service and communication skills, a positive approach, excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Training will be provided for all other Scheduling systems.
