SEN Teaching Assistants

An outstanding Special Needs School in Southwest London is recruiting several SEN Teaching Assistants for full time, ongoing positions starting January 2023.

Working hours are 8.20am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The school caters for 150 pupils aged 11-19 years old, with EHCPs for ASD and social and communication difficulties. As well as a varied curriculum, they also offer a range of therapies and extra-curricular activities.

The selected applicants will have previous SEN experience, especially with ASD,SLCN and learning difficulties.

As well as supporting students on a 1:1 basis, you will also be required to support whole classes when needed.

Knowledge of PECS and Makaton wouldbe advantageous. You will have a caring, calm personality with a keen interest to progress in the field of SEN.
