Description

My client is a leading Midlands business operating with the Service Industry ideally situated in Southam Warwickshire and therefore easily commutable from across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

As part of their continued expansion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of both a Part Qualified & Qualified Accountant to join the business.

Due to the unique and exciting nature of this business my client is able to provide training in the core areas of the position.

Exposure will include

Financial Accounting
Completion of Fund Accounts, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Liaison with Auditors

Management Accounting

Completion of Management Accounts for individuals Funds to monitor performance vs forecast

Commercial Analysis

Review Market Trends, pricing with appraisal and recommendations
Financial Analysis and Planning
Work with MD to create long range plans around Fund Investments
Business Partnering management of relationships with key stakeholders and investors

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work within a dynamic and agile SME business.

Experience within Financial Services or a Regulated Business is desirable but not essential.

A competitive basic salary of £35,000 to £50,000 + Benefits, Bonus, and Study Support for those still working towards AAT / ACCA / CIMA can be offered.
