Salary:
£28,000 to £32,000
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Support professional.
As an Administrative Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of this property development company.
If you have excellent organisation and communication skills, we would be delighted to hear from youResponsibilities:
- Scan and upload documents on internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform both digital and manual filing of important documents
- Manage databases and ensure data is updated and maintained
- Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer calls and direct them to relevant teams or individuals
- Organise any required maintenance works
- Provide reception duties, including managing appointments and scheduling meetings
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, personable, and customerservice oriented
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Basic IT experience is advantageous
- A valid driving license is preferred

- Yeovil: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
