£34,215.00 per annum Grade: FRS C Salary range: £34, £41,075.00 per annum Contract type: Permanent Working pattern: Full-time Application closing date: Thursday 16 May 2024 at 16:00 GMT An opportunity has arisen to join the Fire Safety Regulation department in the roles of Fire Safety Admin for the Primary Authority Business Group (PABG) and Business Engagement Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Team Leader - Primary Authority Business Group (PABG), you will be responsible for: - Working in line with our PABG Admin Support Manual;

  • Managing the team mailbox and SharePoint sites;
  • You will be required to notify partners and other enforcing bodies of upcoming fire safety notices, including the uploading of notices onto the Primary Authority Register;
  • Preparing invoices and assisting in the chasing of nonpayment of invoices in accordance with the Primary Authority scheme and Brigade procedures. Maintain and provide monthly finance reports regarding income.
  • Liaising with PABG and the Business Engagement Co-Ordinator about enquiries for advice and guidance from partners, managing Officer workloads and training;
  • POMS ordering, managing invoices of partners, minutes taking for meetings (internal and external);
  • New partner setup, adhoc researching tasks, tracking compliments and complaints;
  • Supporting the Business Engagement Co-Ordinator;
