ICT Technician | 1st Line Support | Secondary School | Troubleshooting| February Start

ICT Technician required to start in February for a temporary role in a secondary school in Lambeth, South London.

The school is using Windows, you will need to have good working knowledge of the Windows operating system and previous experience troubleshooting problems on the network.

Previous experience working in a school is beneficial but not essential.

You will need to be able to take calls from school staff and correct any problems they are having with the system or equipment.

This may involve working remotely in the school officeor attending at different locations across the site to help out with PCs, Projectors, microphones etc.

This role would suit an experienced ICT technician or a recent technology graduate with good knowledge of systems and hardware.
