Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client - a leading third sector business in a temporary ER Specialist role.

In this position you will work alongside a strong Business Partner team, ensuring high quality ER/HR services are delivered to the organisation.


Key skills/experience required:


  • Maintain uptodate knowledge on employment law and legislative changes
  • Work within organisational policies and procedures, contracts of employment and supporting documentation
  • Act as case expert across the full spectrum of ER activity and ensure all written representations are clear, concise and accurate
  • Identify solutions to challenging ER issues and present potential options and ways forward for consideration
This is a temporary role, initially for a period of up to 3 months.

You will be set up to work remotely with a flexible approach to attend on-site meetings as and when required.
