School Premises Assistant - Greenwich

School Premises Assistant - Secondary School

School Premises Assistant - Temporary to Permanent


Complete Classroom Services are working with a Secondary School in Greenwich who are looking for a Premise Assistant to join the team as soon as possible.


This position would suit an independent, experienced individual with a strong background working within a School environment or someone seeking there first school based role with strong maintenance and handyman work.


As a School your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:

  • Health and Safety within a School environment
  • Knowledge of grounds maintenance
  • Using garden equipment and machinery
  • Knowledge regarding fire alarms, drills and weekly testing
  • Key holder opening and closing of the School
  • Basic maintenance knowledge


To be considered for this role, you will need a current DBS and the School are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£13.00-£17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Greenwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
