Are you looking to take the next step in your Accountancy career? Do you currently work in Practice but are looking for an opportunity to develop and progress in a supportive, sociable and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants?

If so, our client is currently seeking an Accounts Semi-Senior to join their team. This is a varied role covering all areas of practice for a wide range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders and limited companies
Producing corporation and personal tax returns and dealing directly with HMRC for any queries
Providing advice on VAT and other compliance areas
Assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients

To be considered for this Accounts Semi-Senior role, applicants will ideally be AAT qualified or almost qualified, or you may be studying towards ACA or ACCA with at least 1 years Practice experience - including preparing accounts.

You will have exceptional communication skills and a desire to learn and contribute to the team.
