Customer Service Assistant
Salary:
£26,500 per annum (Potential monthly bonus and Christmas bonus)
Location:
Weybridge, Surrey
Contract:
Permanent, full time, 40-hour week
Hours: 7am-4.30am / 7.30am-5pm / 8am-5.30am (rota basis) - 1 Saturday in every 6 is required, hours 8-12 and paid at time and a half

SKILLS REQUIRED
- UK Driving License
- A Professional telephone manner
- Ability to go above and beyond
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Able to work under pressure and multitask
- Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
- Able to adapt to different tasks as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking in Vehicles for repairs
- Dealing with customers and building relationships
- Providing service legal agreements
- General Administration
- Liable for own area and contribution to the team
- Picking up other duties as needed
- Chasing Invoices
- Dealing with money; taking card payments etc
- Updating system as required
