Our client is a well established wholesaler with a nationwide presence. They are now looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger into their Finance team.This is an entry level role and would be an ideal for a school or college leaver who is lookingto start a careerin Finance within an environment where you can learn new skills quickly and be supported to develop within an established and friendly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
- Sorting and processing invoices
- Carrying out payments
- Opening and sorting the post
- Other administrative tasks
Key Skills & Experience:
- Applicants must also be hardworking and diligent with a keen eye for detail
- Training will be provided so experience in a similar role is not essential
- Show initiative and have desire to leave a good impression with all contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines set
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
