The role:

The company are hiring for a
Telesales Executiveto support the commercial team on management and development of key customer accounts
The role will be responsible for dealing with customers directly over the phone, working closely with the External Sales team to maximise and develop commercial opportunities across a portfolio of customers
The
Telesales Executive will work as part of a proactive team to deliver bestinclass customer service to both new and existing clients
This role will work closely with wider crossfunctional sales and finance teams to ensure volume and margin growth and ensure accurate forecasts and budgets
2+ years' experience in an FMCG Commercial role, ideally food ingredients
Must have experience dealing with customers over the phone and managing multiple accounts
The
Telesales Executive will have knowledge and understanding of portfolio Sales
Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering commercial growth
Improvementsfocussed and motivated to deliver positive change and growth.
Numerate with strong understanding of P&L.
