The role:
- The company are hiring for a
Telesales Executiveto support the commercial team on management and development of key customer accounts - The role will be responsible for dealing with customers directly over the phone, working closely with the External Sales team to maximise and develop commercial opportunities across a portfolio of customers
- The
Telesales Executive will work as part of a proactive team to deliver bestinclass customer service to both new and existing clients - This role will work closely with wider crossfunctional sales and finance teams to ensure volume and margin growth and ensure accurate forecasts and budgets
- 2+ years' experience in an FMCG Commercial role, ideally food ingredients
- Must have experience dealing with customers over the phone and managing multiple accounts
- The
Telesales Executive will have knowledge and understanding of portfolio Sales - Proven success in building strong customer relationships and delivering commercial growth
- Improvementsfocussed and motivated to deliver positive change and growth.
- Numerate with strong understanding of P&L.
