What you'll do

The role of Fleet Delivery Coordinator is in place to provide a premium order to delivery service experience via a direct online procurement platform to the UK leasing industry.


The role will support the brand objectives in achieving our agreed leasing company delivery volume through our online procurement platform.

Through sound product knowledge, solid process management and with compliant operational procedure, the role will be responsible for the successful and premium delivery of Leasing company orders.

The role will work closely with our retailer network and Leasing Company customers to fulfil delivery.


Your key deliverables will include:

  • Building rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
  • Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions for improving our customer's experience and our processes
  • Managing the order through to delivery, utilizing online digital products and our 3rd party procurement platform.
  • Working collaboratively with our retailer network to create a seamless omnichannel customer journey and ensure full support of the delivery stage
  • Working in partnership with our leasing customers to offer a premium service
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with leasing partners, retailer network, finance and the B2B Order team.

What you'll bring

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to engage with several different stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Qualified in Maths and English to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Calm under pressure with an organised nature and strong attention to detail
  • Motivated by working in a fastpaced, dynamic team with the ability to adapt, manage and meet deadlines.
  • Systematic and processoriented in their ways of working
