Between Monday to Sunday

Training Provider/Employer - Inspire ATA

Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting guests and directing their queries.
Answering the phones.
Taking bookings over the phone and in person.
Taking payments and allocating them over the phone and in person.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Answering and directing queries via the inbox. Daily and weekly administrative tasks.
Once familiar with the operation would be encouraged to train in wedding and event administration or back office administration.

A friendly and can do attitude
Ability to follow instruction and prioritise
Literacy and IT confident
Organised and accurate
Computer literate ideally with knowledge of excel
Presentable

Education and Qualifications
Maths and English at GCSE level A-C (4-9) Essential
