What You'll Do:

PLP is looking to add an On-Screen Team planner to the production team, to help facilitate requests and needs for all departments including programming, digital and broadcaster services.

You will play a key role in ensuring all aspects of the OST department are covered including editorial requirements, additional content filming, on-site bookings, and budget reporting.

We are looking for a highly efficient and personable individual who has exceptional organisational skills, while being able to use initiative and judgement in building relationships with OST personnel, agents, producers and production management teams.

Our presenters, guests and reporters have a huge responsibility in representing PLP and the Premier League to our billions of viewers worldwide.

The OST planner will be a vital cog to ensure the smooth running of the PLP machine.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Assisting the Head of Programmes and On-Screen Team to plan all the necessary requirements for OST across all PLP departments
Working closely with the OST Production Management team
the OST Planner will be the point person for the day-to-day OST operation and link the editorial and operational requirements
Working closely with the studio programme producers to ensure the correct OST are in place for each live show
Working closely with the magazine programme producers to ensure all required OST are booked
and necessary shoots are planned and carried out
The OST Planner will work closely with the Content Session team to ensure the contracted and ad-hoc reporters are in place for ICS interviews and Press Conferences
The OST Planner will be responsible for booking all reporters for Matchday duties
Working closely with the Head of OST
the OST planner will help organize PL Legends Days and On-Site Matchday Legends
The OST Planner will be responsible for co-ordinating all additional OST content filming for programming and digital
The OST Planner will liaise with the Digital team to book any required OST for their content strands
The OST Planner will work closely with the OST PM Team to ensure all logistics are in place
The OST Planner will be across all the various OST budgets and ensure cost reports and forecasts are up to date with a quarterly report to the Lead Production Executive, in conjunction with the PM team and Head of Programmes + On-Screen Team

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Experience of working with On-Screen Team personnel and agents for other production companies and/or broadcasters
Experience of planning and delivering editorial requirements of a busy sports production team
Excellent knowledge of the Premier League and current/former players and managers
Experience on working with budgets
