My client, a national housing association are looking for a part time handy person to cover their communal properties across Stevenage and and North Herts.

The role is split across 3 days a week, working a total of 20 hours. The company offers great benefits,including up to 30 days paid annual leave and flexible working.

**The Salary: £19,764 pro rata

The hours: 20 per week across 3 days (flexible)

The location:

Stevenage and North Herts (You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle) Mileage will be paid.

**
The role:

  • Deliver general maintenance work as required
  • Changing/repairing locks
  • Hanging doors
  • Boarding broken windows
  • Fixing fixtures to walls
  • Repair, replace or build basic items of furniture

The Person:

  • Will have a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle
  • Have experience as a handyperson, caretaker or similar
  • Have excellent communication skills
