Job scope:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our company in High Wycombe.
We are seeking a Team Leader who has experience working with adults with physical and learning disabilities.

We are looking for someone who has hadexperience providing support to staff, and providing emotional, educational, and physical support to service users.

You must be determined, empathetic and committed to making a difference to our service users' lives.
The role is to work in collaboration with the Deputy Manager and Service Manager within our Residential Care Service.
