Joining a well established company providing service, installation and maintenance for organisations in the Essex area.
You will join the small close knit team as an Office administrator supporting the whole team with various support based duties.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on tasks and make them your own. The team have all been with the company 10+ years and the environment is relaxed and laid back. There will be lots of opportunity to progress and take on training.Working with the Projects, Installations and service team you will
- Work with sales engineers and administer job files and making sure all are uploaded onto the system
- Support projects, creating job files, method statements
- Add assets to system once job complete and liaise with service manager to quote for maintenance/service quotes
- Chase engineers for time timesheets and check against the engineers vehicle trackers
- Collate engineer timesheets and manually upload to the system
- Support 2 x project sales engineers add jobs for the 6 x engineers on to diary management system
- Manage Warranty (recalls/parts)
- Book in maintenance visits with customers
- Chase engineers for time timesheets and check against the engineers vehicle trackers
- Collate engineer timesheets and manually upload to the system
- Add jobs for the 8 x engineers on to diary management system
- Running weekly reports to create barcodes for the assets on a weekly basis and coordinate with the engineers for collection
- 15,000 assets work towards all being entered and tracked on the system
Any experience with the following would be welcomed
- Method statements
- Risk assessments
- IOSH (training available)
- Fgas (implementation training available)
- Planning
- Liaison with Engineers managing timesheets etc
