Description

Working closely with the Programme Director to prepare the ICS digital plan ensuring alignment with the digital strategy, national policy requirements as well as local system need.

Responsible for preparing the ICS DDaT financial plan ensuring that this is aligned to the digital plan and wider transformational plans prepared by system transformation leads.

Accountable for developing and maintaining appropriate governance arrangements to ensure that the delivery of ICS DDaT programme is financially viable.

Develop strategic alignment and links with transformation leads across the ICS to ensure that the digital portfolio is aligned with the needs of other transformation programmes.


Ensure that all digital expenditure is compliant with the conditions laid out in the various funding agreements and MOUs linked to digital funding.

Represent the ICS, from a finance perspective, at National, Regional and local DDaT forums Responsible for developing the approach to capturing value added from digital solutions that is aligned to the developing ICS value framework.

This will require development of useful metrics and reporting tools across the system and embedding a benefits realisation culture working with both operational and transformation leaders across the ICS.

Be responsible for ensuring that the required products of the DDaT programme are delivered in effective and efficient ways.
