Customer Support Representative


Duties:


  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using customer support software and systems
  • Knowledge of product or industryspecific terminology is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£25,910.00-£27,437.00 per year
