Fleet Support Coordinator

Cheltenham and other Ubico Locations as required

£31,451 rising to £32,399 (after a satisfactory first 6 months) per annum including car allowance

37 hours per week

About the role


We are looking for an inspirational individual with unyielding commitment for success to develop all aspects of the vehicle fleet administration.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Co-ordinator with the skill and ability to continually improve our effective and efficient fleet administration service.

We want you to demonstrate key strengths in supervision, delivering on objectives and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.


You will need to have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills and you will be supporting the Fleet team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve full vehicle compliance and availability to successfully support the needs of Ubico's front line services.


You will need

  • Experience of working in a supervisory role.
  • An interest in vehicles, and be highly organised and able to work on own initiative and part of a team.
  • To have excellent all round administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with some experience of using bespoke computer systems.
  • To communicate clearly and effectively.
  • A flexible approach to working times and locations.
  • A full, valid class B UK driving licence and access to own vehicle car allowance will be paid in addition
