Our HR Team provide support and advice to over 550 schools Nationally. Alongside a team of HR Consultants, we deliver an end to end, excellent HR Service.Do you have experience in HR Admin? Can you handle a range of priorities in a fast-paced, service driven environment?

Experience of working with schools and MAT's is desirable, however in this role, you will develop further skills in the role with a well-defined understanding of education specific HR knowledge.
You need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle as client site visits may be requires on occasions, and internal meetings at various locations are part of this role.
Key responsibilities
- Updating, and maintaining several HR systems and data sources.
- To be part of the HR team, keeping up to date with changes within HR, alongside your own CPD.
- Take part in HR Related Audits, including Single Central Records and Audits of personal files within schools, for safeguarding compliance requirements.
- Assisting in the production detailed compliance reports following these audits.
- Assisting with job evaluations for schoolbased staff.
- Contributing to the administration behind the content and design of HR resources and communications, including the HR portal.
- To work with the wider Education HR team to triage and escalate complex HR matters in a timely and effective manner.
- Providing guidance to customers in relation to HR portal troubleshooting
- All administration and updating of HR courses, including billing.
Key attributes and competences
- Experience in HR administration
- Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment and as part of a team
- Effective IT skills proven ability to use, Excel and databases, confidence to use other IT systems.
- Ability to work in a fast
- Ability to work on own initiative, independently and in partnership with the team, to deliver work priorities.
- Able to travel independently to customer establishments.

Up to £22,000.00 per year
