As a high-quality Associate, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment managing the data agenda for Network Management.

In this role you'll demonstrate leadership in the data governance and data quality function across Network to meet our current obligations as well as driving enhancements to the processes by leveraging the advances in technology and the intelligent automation toolsets.

This role entails working with stakeholders both internal and external to Network Management to ensure that the data requirements are understood and managed through the project lifecycle onto the BAU schedule, with focus on the controls and governance policies


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the Network Management Data objectives and drive improvements to meet the targets
  • Driving migration of reporting across Network Management from User Tools to the intelligent automation toolset
  • Collaboration with the wider Network team to promote report automation and dashboard solutions
  • Overseeing the enhancements to the data storage standards to ensure that reporting is consistent and accurate
  • Leading the UT Governance process to ensure that Network Management is compliant with the firmwide policies
  • Partnering with representatives across the Data Organisation to ensure that we aligned to firmwide standards

Key Skills

  • Creative thinker with an eye for process improvement
  • Excellent analytical/data skills and able to understand and work with data at both a macro and micro level
  • Seasoned communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders within the firm
  • Good understanding of the intelligent automation toolset including QlikView, Tableau and Alteryx
  • Operational excellence demonstrating a control mindset with attention to detail
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage the reporting work space, considering both BAU and project functions
  • Ability to selfmanage including goal setting, planning, prioritizing, scheduling and monitoring
