Automotive Customer Service Host Required in the Bromley area

Salary: Up to £26,000 Basic + Customer Service Upselling Bonuses

Hours: Monday

Friday, 8am 6pm with 1 hour lunch
Saturday on an ad hoc basis.

We are currently working with a well-established and respected Prestige Car Dealership who have been operating in their local area for over 60 successful years.

This client has an excellent reputation and operate over 6 locations in London.

Within this Customer Service Host role, your typical duties will include:

Meeting and Greeting customers
Walking around the customers vehicle understanding the requirement and discussing the customers job card with them
Handing the keys over to customer and taking payment once their vehicles have been completed by the mechanics
Providing a helpful and courteous service at all times within our clients car dealership.
