We have an opportunity for a senior paediatric nurse to take on the role of paediatric matron at MCHT

Whilst being accountable for providing leadership you will work alongside the paediatric ward and department managers to manage the daily operational running of nursing services in additional to initiating and monitoring performance standards and where necessary intervene to ensure that safety and quality is maintained.

This role requires participation in the Senior Manager On Call rota for the organisation
