As a Barclays People Analytics Insight Consultant, you will be responsible for drawing on a range of data sources and translating the outputs into powerful insights that help address complex business questions that can't otherwise be addressed through PA&C's self-serve tools.

Topics can be ranging across domains such as talent and retention analytics, collaboration analytics, organization effectiveness and strategic workforce planning.

Projects will often involve leading multi-disciplinary teams from across both PA&C.

What will you

be doing?:

Working with PA&C subservices and key stakeholders to define the scope and key business questions for each consultancy project
Assuring and directing research and analytics to create insights and recommendations that influence and inform business decision making
Partnering with appropriate HR and/or business teams during the life of a project, managing expectations of service provision and project roadmap / delivery
Managing stakeholder engagement and expectations closely throughout any project activity
Translating findings and analyticsderived insights into easytounderstand stories, with actionable recommendations for internal clients to implement
Ensuring stakeholders understand the performance and limitations of proposed PA&C insight product solutions, and that these are articulated based on business benefit
Supporting the upskilling of HR colleagues in using data led insights and analytics
Establishing all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards

What we're looking for:

Significant experience and understanding of working with MI Direct Access Tools and data platforms
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing stakeholders at senior levels within HR
Ability to translate complex technical detail into simple, compelling narratives that support the customer to tangible actions they can take to address business tasks

Skills that will help you in the role:

Advanced Excel and experience of producing executive level presentations in PowerPoint
Ability to think expansively and creatively when researching and solving problems, and comfortable in using a range of analytical techniques
Understanding of how corporate organizations operate, including a good level of commercial knowledge
Significant understanding of Change management

Where will you be working?

You will be based in the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.

With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
