Description

We are looking for maintenance assistant to join our growing team to deliver a high standard of service for our company.

You will be working in a varied and extremely rewarding environment where you will have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills.

This role will work out of Chesterfield and will cover all Peak Pharmacy branches.

Tasks include:

Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns
Installing appliances such as fridges
Fitting shelves, hanging noticeboards
Undertaking basic gardening
Changing light fittings
Decorating
Supporting branch refits

And so much more

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

A genuine interest in working in repairs and maintenance work
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
Effective communication and influencing skills
Ability to respond to changing priorities, managing numerous tasks with conflicting requirements, deadlines and priorities
Strong personal resilience to remain motivated and focused
A keen desire to learn and develop within a fastpaced organisation

Applicants will work towards completing the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 apprenticeship. Therefore, all applicants must meet entry level 3 (E3) for English and maths.
