We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Job Types:

From £25,324.12 per year
