Description
We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle high call volumes
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,324.12 per year
