Butler - HNWI Family - France Ski Season

HNWI family looking for a Butler initially for December - April in Courchval as a trial run which could lead to a permanent position.

Can you serve drinks?
The client particularly want a butler who can serve drinks as part of their service.

To be skilled in providing a full beverage service, which may include preparing and serving a variety of beverages such as cocktails, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and other refreshments.

Client expects the butler to be knowledgeable about drink presentation, and glassware.

And serving food?
The client expects the butler to serve food.

To provide a full meal service, during lunch and evening dinner parties to act with attention to detail and finesse.

The Butler should be trained in food presentation, ensuring that meals are served in an elegant and appealing manner. They can also provide recommendations and offer insights into menu options.

Main duties of a butler (not limited to):

Ensuring proper table settings and entertainment preparations
Serving meals and drinks and performing waiter services related thereto
Taking care of silverware,chinaware, crystal. Making sure everything is stocked properly
Liaising with chef regarding the menus for the upcoming day/week
Keeping the household budgets and inventory supplies related to Butlers function performance
Occasional driving would be an advantage, but not a must.
Helping to prepare dress and clothes for functions and events

Driving license required

Apartment provided with car and mobile phone.

Salary dependent on experience

Salary:
£40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
