What's the role about?


As a Reviews and Social Marketing Senior Executive you'll help manage the reviews programme which empowers our customers to share their opinions and experiences.


As a brand ambassador you'll help optimise the use of consumer generated content with the aim of providing greater insight from and interactivity with customers.


The role will involve managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally, providing reporting and analysis and supporting the Sampling & Syndication programme to drive scale.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, customer advocacy and customer generated content to play an integral role at a leading UK Retailer.


What will you be doing?


You will help with planning, optimisation and execution of the sampling and syndication strategy, focused on scaling the Ratings & Reviews programme so it grows and delivers measurable commercial results for the partnership.


You will feel confident analysing data and customer sentiment to report back to the business on content and campaign success.


You'll demonstrate the ability to spot trends and jump onto proactive opportunities so that John Lewis is present in relevant conversations at the right time.


What you'll have

The following skillset/experience is desirable for this role:

  • Creative thinker, delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing large data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to quickly develop professional relationships
  • Social Media Campaign management
  • Social Media Listening & Analytics
  • Experience of running ratings & reviews campaigns
  • Understanding of customer advocacy, CRM, reward and loyalty
  • Social & digital experience within retail.
  • Experience in working on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable understanding of how digital marketing channels work and can influence customer engagement
The Partnership supports agile and flexible working practices, such as when, where and how we work. We have several different ways to work flexibly, including part-time, flexible or compressed hours, and job sharing.

Head office areas also support a blended working approach and in this role you'll mainly be home based with typically 1 to 2 days per week in the office.
