Do you have an interest in pursuing a career in administration? Are you an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills?Our client, a leading investment and wealth management provider, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Bristol team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Efficiently managing client administration processes including transfers, payments, account amendments and resolving any queries
- Manage the post both incoming and outgoing
- Create and editing presentations or meeting packs for client meetings
- Maintain marketing lists and team diaries
- Regularly communicating with clients and ensuring information is up to date
- Taking meeting minutes
Your Skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- High level of attention to detail and able to product client documentation to a high standard
- Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office
