Do you have an interest in pursuing a career in administration? Are you an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills?

Our client, a leading investment and wealth management provider, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Bristol team.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Efficiently managing client administration processes including transfers, payments, account amendments and resolving any queries
  • Manage the post both incoming and outgoing
  • Create and editing presentations or meeting packs for client meetings
  • Maintain marketing lists and team diaries
  • Regularly communicating with clients and ensuring information is up to date
  • Taking meeting minutes

Your Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and able to product client documentation to a high standard
  • Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office
