The role will assist LKQ Euro Car Parts in achieving its digital objectives.

Reporting to the Head of GMS (Garage Management Software), the consultant will work as part of a team that offers exceptional customer service and high levels of product knowledge,to link in with the organisation's strategy on digital services.

Working as part of a sales function to deliver a customer first culture.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing sales leads from internal and external customers
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers during lead management
  • Arranging and delivering online demonstrations of LKQ's CarSys GMS software
  • Recording all contacts with customers to the Zendesk ticketing system and ensuring that all tickets are kept up to date for reporting purposes
  • Acting as a key member of the LKQ Euro Car Parts GMS team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours, and values of our business
  • Achieving excellence by ensuring that all leads are responded to in accordance with agreed SLA's
  • Efficiently communicating best practice to our customers, ensuring that they are clear on the value each GMS platform offers
  • Focus on delivering excellent sales support through knowledge and enthusiasm whilst dealing with customer enquiries
  • Demonstrate the skills and attitude required for opportunity conversion
  • Ensuring all relevant Elearning modules are completed on time so that the team operates in accordance with IT policy and best practices
  • Managing the customer's understanding of their responsibilities towards contracts, rebates and contributions to ensure software retentions are unaffected
  • Working towards targets set for the department
  • Supporting the team and Finance partners with account disputes
  • Recording feedback from customers on product features, to allow LKQ to design a more complete product for its customers
  • Ensure personal development on software enhancements and market changes, to ensure you can maximise your knowledge to always help customers.

  • Working collaboratively with the Head of GMS, branch teams and fieldbased teams to maximise the GMS sales leads created
