Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for events, including sound, lighting, staging, trussing, and AV equipment.
Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles, and ensuring that all equipment is set up correctly and safely.
Liaising with clients, venue staff, and event planners to ensure that all equipment is delivered and set up on time, and to the highest standards.
Troubleshooting any equipment issues that arise during an event, and providing support to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Maintaining equipment inventory and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues to management.
Providing excellent customer service to clients, and ensuring that all equipment is packed up and returned to the warehouse after the event.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a similar role in the events industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
Knowledge of sound, lighting, staging, and AV equipment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, venue staff, and event planners.
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in a fastpaced environment.
A full UK driving license is highly desirable, as for some events, the role will require driving to events across the UK.
